Consequently, the citizens of Dubai will benefit from the allocation of a historic budget of AED65 billion to the Emirati Housing Program for the next 20 years. Starting this year, the number of beneficiaries will quadruple, and the space allocated for national housing will increase to 1.7 billion square ft., which is more than sufficient to cover their demands and needs over the next 20 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Highlights of Dubai&#8217;s National Housing Policy:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Providing integrated and diverse housing options, with the highest planning standards, including green areas, commercial centres and recreational spaces, to cater the citizens&#8217; needs for the next 20 years, as the space allocated for national housing will increase to 1.7 billion square ft in 2040.
