The Infrastructure, Urban Planning and Well-being Pillar workshop

The Infrastructure, Urban Planning and Well-being Pillar held a two-day workshop featuring various sessions and panel discussions focused on serving the requirements for future development and outlining a strategic plan for quality projects and initiatives undertaken by the affiliated entities.

Attendees included His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer, Commissioner General of Infrastructure, Urban Planning and Wellbeing Pillar, His Excellency Dawood Al Hajri, Director General of Dubai Municipality, His Excellency Omar Hamad Abdullah Hamad Bu Shehab, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, and His Excellency Marwan bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of the Dubai Land Department, and a host of international infrastructure experts alongside leadership and team members from the entities  under the Pillar. 

Key topics on the workshop's agenda included urban planning, fostering wellbeing, housing and property development, commercial transformation, and leadership in operations.

To provide international experts with significant qualitative insights accomplished by the Infrastructure, Urban Planning and Well-being Pillar team a series of field visits was undertaken. These visits also aimed to showcase the departments' capabilities and preparedness for future challenges, ongoing infrastructure development, and sustainability projects designed to elevate the wellbeing of the people of Dubai and the UAE.
